Mike Sullivan has been in the real estate industry for years …
… 28 of them to be precise. Acquiring his license at the ripe age of 18, he joined the family business in Lahaina, Maui in 1983, and worked there for 18 years. Mike left as principal broker of Sullivan Properties in June 2002.
Looking for a lifestyle change, Mike and the family moved to Bend in 2002.
The last couple of years, the real estate industry has changed quite dramatically, faster than anyone realized it could.
In this environment, Mike’s extensive knowledge and problem solving abilities are especially valued.
By the numbers: Mike has closed over 100 transactions in Central Oregon, representing over $50 million dollars in sales with an average price of $515,000.
This level of success means Mike earns referrals and repeat business from his many satisfied clients and fans.
Today Mike lives in beautiful Bend, Oregon with his wife Melissa and kids. His daughter Sierra is a sophomore at the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!) and Jake is a senior at Summit High School.
